Excellent Service

I had a broken window that required replacement. I dealt with your Customer Care representative, Jon Adams in Gratz PA. Having worked for a service organization for 50 years, I value outstanding service. Jon gave me this level of service. He was great to work with. I told Jon I received the replacement window yesterday and had it installed quicker than taking measurements for the order. Please thank Jon for a job well done.

Everything was absolutely perfect and I can't say enough good things about your Field Service Rep, Brian Goble. He was on time and installed the replacement parts in record time. There was no mess whatsoever after he left. An excellent representation of your field service team. My many conversations with your office staff were all pleasant and professional. I appreciated all of their help and patience. Thank you to everyone at MI Windows and Doors for making my warranty experience an positive one.

Enjoying our Low E Glass

We had Larry of your service team service our windows and he was excellent across the board! We have no complaints. We are enjoying our new Low E glass! With this unbearable heat we've had our a/c is not running overtime like it use to. Larry was very professional and true to his word. He showed up when he said he would and was appreciative of us as we were of him!

MI Windows worth the investment

We were very happy that MI Windows and Doors truly backed their product. Some companies do and some don't. I will say that because MIWD stood behind the product and were professional and courteous about resolving the problem, I would greatly recommend MI windows to friends and neighbors. In retrospect, if I had to do it over again, I would install the upgraded MI windows. I think the benefits are worth the investment.
