ENERGY STAR is a government backed program designed to help businesses and individuals protect the environment through superior energy efficiency. The ENERGY STAR label recognizes energy efficient products and promotes the environmental and economic benefits that these products offer. Energy efficient products can save families almost a third on there energy bills, without losing style or comfort. Every ENERGY STAR qualified window and door design is independently tested and certified to perform at levels that meet or exceed strict energy efficiency criteria set by the U.S. Department of Energy. MI Windows and Doors is proud to be an ENERGY STAR partner. |

The American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) brings together the professionals of window, door, and skylight manufacturing companies, both large and small, from all across the U.S. and internationally, to represent both individual and shared concerns. The AAMA has developed voluntary standards to test and verify the performance and quality of windows, doors, and skylights. All of MI Windows and Doors’ product lines have been Gold Label Certified. |

The National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) is a non-profit organization that administers the only uniform, independent rating and labeling system for the energy performance of windows, doors, skylights, and attachment products. Look for the NFRC label when comparing product’s energy performance. The design in every MI Windows and Doors product has been NFRC certified. |
