How long do I have to wait for my replacement parts to be shipped to me?
Please allow 10-12 business days for your parts to arrive. If it has been more than 12 days, please email us at customercare@miwd.com.
How do I find out what series or model product I have?
Please look for a gold or silver identification label which is the AAMA Certification label. You can also find this information on a white warranty label. Your product labels can be found on the header of the mainframe or sill area. We do prefer the label information rather than the subdivision or builders name, which we do not keep on file. For examples of our labels, please see the Labels section of our website under the Support tab.
Does MI Windows and Doors install full products?
MIWD provides installation instructions, however, as the manufacturer; we do not install full products. We do have a field service department that can assist with any replacement or damaged products where warranted.
